This guide explains the Dashboard, the first screen you see in Curated Sync. No technical background needed. Three minutes to read.

The Dashboard opens with the last run: when the sync last ran, how it ended, and what it touched. Below it sit the catalog totals and the attention list: anything waiting on a person, like pending quotes or a lagging feed.
The morning routine: read the last-run line, scan the attention list. Empty list, green run: walk away.
One glance answers "did it run?" and "does anything need me?" That is the whole job of this screen.
Runs a real sync immediately instead of waiting for 2:00 AM. Useful after a batch of IntelliEvent edits you want live today. Progress shows on screen while it runs.
Walks the whole sync without changing anything, then reports what it would have done. The safe way to answer "what would happen if we synced right now?"
One lane rule: the schedule and the buttons share a single lane, so runs never collide. A second request simply waits its turn.
Sync Now for speed, Dry Run for certainty, and no way to trip over the nightly schedule.
When something needs a person, it says so here, by name.
A run that finishes as "partial" puts a chip on the attention list naming the lagging feed. Pending website quotes appear here too. Nothing hides in a log file; if it matters, it is on this list.
In July 2026, while IntelliEvent's price endpoint was down, every affected run was flagged "partial" here with the prices feed named. Nothing failed silently, and nothing pretended to be fine.
If the attention list is empty, nothing needs you. If it is not, it tells you exactly what does.
The core catalog synced fine. One secondary feed lagged, and the chip names it. Websites keep serving the last good data for that piece.
