This guide explains the Sync screen in the Curated Sync control panel. No technical background needed. Three minutes to read.

Every sync run is recorded here: when it started, how long it took, what it pulled, what changed, what was held back, and its health verdict. The list reads newest first, so last night is always on top.
When someone asks "what exactly happened Tuesday night?" this screen has the receipt.
No sync is a mystery. Every run leaves a record you can open.
Each run opens into a step-by-step account of that night.
The drawer shows the run phase by phase: reference data, product sweep, photos, deletions, detail enrichment, downloads. Counts for each. If a guard held something back, the record says which guard and why.
Three verdicts cover every run. Good means all clear. Partial means the core catalog synced but a secondary feed lagged, and the record names it. Failed means the core sweep itself hit a wall, and the previous night's data stays in place.
On July 6, 2026, a test deliberately fed the sync a truncated catalog. The run record shows the shrink guard holding every deletion. The receipt of the guard doing its job is on this screen.
Good, partial, or failed, with the why attached. The record is always more specific than "something went wrong."
Honest reading of the current run history.
Per-market rental prices are temporarily missing while IntelliEvent finishes their price endpoint. The fix is already found. Until it lands, nightly runs show "partial" with the prices feed named. That is the system being accurate, not broken.
"Partial: prices" on recent runs is the known, named, temporary state. Everything else is syncing clean.
The previous run was interrupted, and instead of starting over, the next one picked up from its last page. Resumed runs skip deletion passes as an extra safety.
Usually price readiness: rental products without a usable price are held from listings and reported, never deleted. The drawer shows the count and reason.
Every recorded run stays on the ledger, and the database itself is backed up nightly with the last 14 copies kept.
